Account & data deletion

You can permanently delete your One of Many account and the personal data tied to it from the app. Account deletion is how we delete your user data for the Services.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the One of Many app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation message, type DELETE when prompted, then confirm.
If your Settings screen uses different labels after an app update, look for the account or profile area where sign-in and subscription options are shown; account deletion remains in that section.
What we delete
When you complete in-app account deletion, we delete or de-identify data associated with your user account in line with our retention practices, including your tracked items, lists, comparisons, and alert-related data stored for your account. That is what we treat as a data deletion request for personal data held for the Services, subject to limited legal or security exceptions described in our Privacy Policy (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records, or secure backups that roll off on a schedule).
Subscriptions
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If you have an active subscription through the App Store or Google Play, manage or cancel it in your store account settings. In the app, use subscription management options on the Account screen where available.
Cannot access the app?
If you cannot sign in to delete your account (for example, you lost access to your email), email us with proof that you own the email you used to register, so we can verify ownership and assist.
