Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 14, 2026
One of Many (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may process:
- Account information. If you create an account, we process identifiers such as your email address and authentication data through our sign-in provider (Supabase Auth).
- Library and usage data. Information you provide or generate in the app, such as tracked products, lists, comparisons, preferences, and interactions with features, processed through our backend services.
- Device and technical data. Such as device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostic or crash data where enabled, to operate and improve the Services.
- Purchase-related data. If you subscribe or make in-app purchases, our payment and entitlement partner (e.g. RevenueCat and the app stores) may process transaction and subscription status. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers.
- Communications. If you contact us, we retain the content of your message and contact details as needed to respond.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Services;
- Authenticate you and sync your library across devices;
- Improve reliability, fix bugs, and understand aggregate usage (including analytics where configured);
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect rights and safety.
3. Legal bases (where applicable)
If applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract (providing the Services), legitimate interests (such as security and product improvement, balanced against your rights), and consent where we ask for it (for example, optional marketing or certain analytics).
4. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who assist us under contractual obligations (e.g. hosting, database, authentication, analytics, push notifications, subscription management, and infrastructure).
- App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) as required to distribute and bill for the app.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect users and the public.
We do not sell your personal information for money as commonly understood in U.S. state privacy laws.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify associated personal data according to our deletion process, subject to limited exceptions (such as backups or legal holds). See our Account & data deletion page for how to request deletion.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, contact us using the email below. You can delete your account from within the app; see Account & data deletion.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. International transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate.
